When you sign up and create a profile for an account, you give us the following information:

B. Information We Collect When You Use the Apps or Services

When you use the Business applications on your device, we use your ID NUMBER and Birth date provided in Registration.

We also collect transaction details related to your use of our services including: the type of services you requested or provided; date and time the service was provided; and user details.

C. Information We Collect or Acquire from Third Parties or Other Sources

We may collect or acquire information about you from Third party related to your use of our services including: the type of services you requested or provided; date and time the service was provided; amount charged; current balance; payment method; and user details.

HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We will use the personal information you have provided us or those we may have acquired through a third party, only for the purpose or objective for which we have collected it. We may also process it for our own legitimate interests or for purposes as may be allowed by law. Depending on your circumstances and the data that is involved, any use of your personal information for a purpose other than those described in this policy will require your express consent, the uses may include the following:

• For identity verification and validation;
• To create, maintain and update your account with SEDI Corp;
• To perform our obligation in relation to a contract entered with you;
• To provide, improve, expand, and promote the Apps and/or services;

Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Data

SEDI Corp reserves the right to collect and use your personal information for the following purposes:

1. To comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process and/or government request, including but not limited to customer due diligence, anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism financing-related purposes;
2. To improve the App’s products and/or services;
3. To fulfill your requests when using our services;
4. To personalize any of our services and products for you and to deliver targeted advertisements and offers from us and third parties;
5. For any billing requirements and to maintain relevant payment records;
6. To respond to any claims by third parties or in response to any potential breach of any agreements or policies that govern your use of the App;
7. To protect the rights of the App including but not limited to the security or integrity of the App;
8. To identify and resolve technical problems relating to the App and our products and/or services; and/or
9. For our business or operational analysis, marketing and other promotional purposes.

Consent for collection, use, and disclosure

Your use of the App’s services constitutes your consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. SEDI Corp will notify you by email regarding material changes to this Privacy Policy that will affect information collected from you in the future. In certain circumstances, however, SEDI Corp may not notify you, for example, in cases relating to any contravention of the law by you, collection of debt owed to us or compliance with requests from law enforcement agencies or a court order.

By continuing to access and use the service on the App, you are deemed to have accepted any changes to the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

Effectivity

This Privacy Policy is based on the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

Non-disclosure

Members of SEDI Corp, such as app developers and administrators shall uphold the utmost confidentiality in handling personal data.  SEDI Corp binds its employees to non-disclosure agreements extending beyond contractual relations.

Since the app’s services are outsourced, employees of SEDI Corp’s partners are likewise bound by non-disclosure and data sharing agreements in handling personal data. Due diligence is regularly conducted by SEDI Corps personnel to ensure that partners who process the transactions dutifully implement the proper security measures. Other than our service providers, personal data provided to SEDI Corp shall only be disclosed pursuant to a lawful purpose, and to authorized recipients of such data.”

How We Share, Transfer or Disclose the Information We Collect

Our services and features may require us to share, transfer or disclose your personal data with other users, business partners, consultants, vendors or other third parties, at your request or as may be required by law. a. Sharing Between SEDI Corp and Third Parties

We may work or engage with business partners, consultants or other third-party service providers such as: bank’s regulated by BSP; payment processors and facilitators (e.g. KALUPI); cloud storage providers (e.g. Amazon Web Services or AWS); marketing partners and marketing platform providers; and research and data analytics providers to perform, facilitate and assist our services or functions on our behalf. We may share, disclose or grant access of your information with such providers or business partners to help us deliver the services we offer and run SEDI Corp Apps.

We may also share or disclose your information to government agencies and other private entities in the following instances:

• If a government authority requests information in order to comply with laws, regulations, or a legal process;
• In cases where it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the community, or the public;
• To comply with a legal requirement or process, including but not limited to, civil and criminal subpoenas, court orders or other compulsory disclosures;
• in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, consolidation or restructuring, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by or into another corporate entity; and

Personal Data Retention and Deletion/Disposal

SEDI Corp retains your personal data for as long as you maintain your SEDI Corp account. Your personal data is stored and transmitted securely through different paper and electronic formats. These data are stored and retained on our secure servers and/or storage rooms. Unless otherwise provided or allowed by law, we shall only retain your personal data for as long as they are necessary to achieve the purpose/s for which they were collected. After which they shall be disposed properly and securely in accordance with law. However, we may also retain certain information if necessary for SEDI Corp’s legitimate business interests, such as fraud prevention and enhancing users' safety and security including as may be required by government authorities.

Marketing Opt-Outs

You can opt out of receiving commercial or promotional text messages and/or email messages by sending an email request to admin@sedi.ai or by calling (02) 83532967. Note, however, that opting out of receiving all SMS and/or email messages may impact your use of the App and may cause you to miss important offers or promotions.
